All-levels Yogalates class is a unique combination of Yoga and Pilates. Aiming to increase your focus, energy and concentration while making you stronger and leaner, Yogalates brings together the fluid movement and longer-held postures, with an emphasis on linking breath and movement. This class will help you strengthen your core, improve your posture and achieve heighten flexibility and balance. Variety of highly-effective exercises for all muscle groups will be accompanied by an intelligent, unique playlist, created specifically for each class, to keep you focused and motivated! Please wear comfortable fitness attire and bring a bottle of water and small sweat towel.

Instructor: Sweta Patel
About the Instructor: Sweta began practicing yoga & pilates in 1999 while attending the University of California, Santa Cruz and has been a dedicated practitioner ever since. Her approach to exercise has been influenced by Kali Ray TriYoga and Iyengar styles.
