Body Sculpting is for men and women who want to improve their strength, endurance and overall physical appearance. With the use of fitness balls, kettle bells, and creative floor/standing movements, students will learn a large variety of exercises that aim to tone their legs, abdominal area, arms, shoulders and back muscles. Please wear comfortable fitness attire and bring a bottle of water and small sweat towel.

Instructor: Alicia Forbrich
About the Instructor: Alicia has a BA in International Business and a Master in Business Administration. She has been teaching physical fitness - Boxing, Kickboxing, Aerobics, Step-Aerobics, Dance and Body Toning - for various universities and gyms since 2000!
