This 1.5 hour class fat-burning, muscle building, body toning class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and body moving! Open to both men and women of all fitness levels that are eager to get in shape fast! The instructor will teach students various exercises using kettle bells, medicine balls, fitness balls and other equipment. This is a progressive class that is tailored to your current fitness level and helps you improve throughout the entire 7-week program. If you have a special event coming up or just want to get in shape for the Spring and Summertime, this is the class for you! Please wear comfortable fitness attire and running shoes, and bring a bottle of water and small sweat towel.

Instructor: Javier Gonzales
About the Instructor: Javier has his brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and actively competes in nationwide tournaments, including the Pan-Am's and US Open World Championships. He was in the Marines for 6 years and incorporates some of his training techniques into his Bootcamp classes at SJLC. He has also been teaching BJJ, Cardio Kickboxing and other fitness classes for over 8 years!
